What advice would you give to a student beginning this course about (a) how to design a function, and (b) how to prepare for this course?          I think csc104 is a great course, and I will recommend every one to take this course if possible. Because I think they will be able to learn a lot of computer language knowledge through this course. I have three advices to student beginning this course, the first one is go to your lecture weekly, at beginning of the year I missed couple lecture, which directly caused me get a bad mark on my quiz, and csc104’s quiz worth a lot, which will effect my course mark. The second advice is try to write you weekly excises on paper, because quiz and test is on paper, know how to write function on paper is very important.
